Heather Saucier is a communications professional with over 16 years of experience in journalism and public relations as a former reporter for the Houston Chronicle, The Houston Post, Newsday, the Tulsa World, the Agence France-Presse and national magazines. In 2009, she earned the President's Award from the National Association of Flood and Stormwater Management Agencies for educating the public through the media.
